This website, homebuilderspacificpalisades.com, is a residential construction website operated by FEI Enterprises, Inc.; it is not a separate company. Our main website is feienterprises.com.

2. Information we collect

When you submit the project inquiry form, we collect: your full name, email address, phone number (optional), project address or neighborhood, project type, project stage, and the project description you provide.

With each inquiry we also record: whether you checked the optional text-message consent box, the date and time of submission, the version and wording of the consent text shown to you, the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the referring website, and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link you followed. For spam and abuse prevention we store a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. We do not collect payment information on this website.

If you call or email us, we may keep a record of that communication.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss your project, plans, estimating, and a potential job walk.
• To send text messages about your inquiry, estimates, appointments, and project updates — only if you opted in.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring inquiries, and to prevent spam and abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails or text messages.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that host this website and store form submissions on our behalf, and when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

5. SMS privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service providers, but never SMS opt-in data or consent.
